Email help@book-boxes.com within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned in original or protective packaging when possible.
How to Request a Return
Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide approval and return instructions, including the correct return address. Please contact us before sending an item back.
Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, customers may choose store credit, replacement, or refund after the return is approved and received.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued within 3 days after we receive and approve the returned item. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged Items
Report damaged or incorrect products within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility.
